MEC SHOT has developed a special machine for acheiving satin finish on stainless steel jobs. Steel gains satin finish when blasted through Glass Bead Media.

The job is loaded on rollers mounted on turntable outside the cabinet. for blasting, we have provided manual operation of gun as per the requirement through hand holes.

Mec Shot can also provide Automatic blasting depending on job profile and symmetry.

The machine works on suction-induction principle. The abrasive is drawn from the hopper into the Blast Gun by partial vacuum created by high velocity airflow and thrown towards the job. The used abrasive and dust created during blasting are sucked through flexible suction hose to Reclaimer where usable grit is reclaimed and collected in a storage tank for recycling and dust is collected inside the filter element of dust collector whereas clean air is discharged into the atmosphere.
