The Faded jeans also has its own cliental. However achieving a uniform faded effect on this fabric was a tedious task. We have designed a process using sand blasting machine to abrade garments to simulate natural wear patterns. Localized abrasion - a form of sand blasting for localizing the abraded look on a particular area of the garment.

Abrasive Blasting Cabinet where the operator stands in front of the cabinet and manually operates the blast gun through rubber vestibules inside the cabinet.
