Mec Shot Painting & Baking Oven is suitably design to make the system eco-friendly and power saver. The Painting & Baking chamber is used for paint spray over the substrates & bake in the same chamber. During painting the ventilating air is re-circulated by ventilating and exhausting fans to keep the spray zone user friendly for the operator. During baking operation ventilating and re-circulating air is passed through gas oven chamber in baking room to make the substrate baked at preset temperature. The acoustic panels in flame spray room have been provided for heat resistance & maintain outside and inside temperature during baking.

To ventilate acoustic flame spray room from fumes and dust created during process get cleaned in inlet air filter and paint trap filters so that clean air is discharged into atmosphere.
