Mec shot manufacture full
floor recovery system. The system is with low maintenance cost and
easy to operate. The Pneumatic Cylinder operates the sweeping arms
to push forward the falling media in the floor of the Blast Room
through the Grating during Blasting Operation.
The pushed media falls in the cross screw trunk & transferred in the
boot of the Bucket Elevator. From elevated buckets the media will
get air washed, separating fine dust from re-usable before
transferring in to Blasting machines for re-use. |

The room panels are duly fabricated of Mild Steel & reinforced. The
room walls are filled with mineral wool and covered with GI sheets
to damper the sound. The sound level can be damper upto 40-50 dBA. |

Stainless Steel Flats Edge Cleaning

The defects are generated
during hot rolling of stainless steel flats and are forming of oxide
layers, folding of edges & air traps on the edges of the flats in
manufacturing process. The defect becomes prominent on final product
during reduction in stainless steel sheet.
MEC SHOT has developed air operated blasting machine for removing
the defects on the edge of the stainless steel flat.
The flats are loaded on the roller conveyor from one side of the
special blasting machine and are off loaded from other side after
being blast cleaning automatically. |

The Valve Plates for
compressors are blasted for the De-burring; De-scale by
automatically on revolving Satellite over a Indexing Turn Table by
Air Operated Blasting Machine.
MEC SHOT has developed automatic air operated blasting machine for
the De-burring, De-scale of Valve Plates for Compressors for
consistency in repeatability.
The plates are loaded/unloaded on revolving satellites mounted on
Indexing Turn Table. The revolving Plates get blast cleaned by 2
nos. fixed guns. The unblasted surface is protected by masking
plate, the abrasive get recycled automatically for continuously
un-interrupted blasting operation. The dust generated during the
blasting operation is trapped in dust collector & clean air is let
out in atmosphere. Thus keeping the environment eco-friendly. |

Wet/Hydro Blasting of Aero Engine Parts |
|

MEC SHOT has successfully
engineered and supplied Vapour Cleaning Machines for cleaning of
Aero Engine Parts without dimensional variation.
The supplied machine works on Suction Induction Principle of
Abrasive Blasting. The fine particles of Glass Bead as an abrasive
are suspended in liquid [usually water] and are then pumped into the
nozzle as slurry. At nozzle, slurry is induced with air stream and
propelled against Aero Engine Parts.
The equipment consists of Wet Blasting Cabinet SS Fabricated to
prevent Rusting, Blasting Nozzle with Glandless Pump for slurry
feeding, Mist Collector and necessary Controls. Rotary Turntable
with work car mounted track extension & Blasting Gun is provided. A
glandless slurry pump is used to feed the slurry at positive
pressure into the blast gun. The operator places the job on rotary
turn table. The work car mounted turntable carries it into the blast
chamber where the turntable starts rotating. As the job rotates,
Blast Gun which is either fixed or manures manually clean the Aero
Engine Parts. The operator simply loads and unload the job from
turntable. The mist generated during blasting operation is sucked
into a mist collector keeping the vision clear. |

Blasting Machine Model : SB-SP2 To blast clean forged steel
components (Splined Shaft For Automobile) for surface preparation
before nylon powder coating.
The offered Model SB-SP2 operates on the suction principle of
abrasive blasting. The vacuum created by the compressed air issuing
out of an injector lifts the abrasive from storage tank to the
nozzle in the blast guns. The lifted abrasive gets mixed with the
compressed air in the blast guns to strike the job to be cleaned.
The operator places the job on satellite. As job rotates, blast guns
Pneumatically reciprocates vertically along the job, thus cleaning
its outer periphery. After cleaning the job get air washed before
being lifted by the operator.
Used abrasive and dust created during blasting are sucked through a
flexible suction hose to reclaimer, where usable grit is reclaimed
and collected in a storage tank for recycling and the dust generated
during the blasting operation is trapped in dust collector & clean
air is let out in atmosphere. |

MEC SHOT has developed
manufacturer, installed & commission (in progress) a fabricated
blast room for Robotic Laser Operations on the parts of power
generating units. During the laser caddling operation mist mixed
particles are sucked through the suction hood and exhausted out to
the exhaust fan.
Special anti glare viewing window have been provided as a protection
for the outside viewing during robotic laser operation. |

Pneumatic Abrasive Conveyor System |

A Pressure Feed Hopper has
been developed & designed for the Seed Industry. Seeds or powder
dust is being fed from lower Pressure Feed Hopper to high store Silo
by pneumatic pressure for storage. |

Pressure Blaster |
|
The operator places the job
on turn table mounted on work car. Track extension will be provided
for inside / outside movement of work car. The work car is pushed
manually inside the cabinet. The operator cleans the job by manual
movement of the gun through hand holes provided on the front of the
cabinet. A spring is provided for holding the gun arrangement to
avoid the operator’s fatigue. A foot switch is also provided for
On/Off of blasting operation.
Used abrasive falls directly into the cabinet hopper for subsequent
feeding to blast generator. The dust created inside the cabinet is
sucked through suction hose and carried into the fabric bag dust
collector [due to suction created by exhaust fan motor] and deposit
inside the fabric bag and clean air is exhausted into the atmosphere
to keep the environment clean and friendly. |
