MEC SHOT has engineered and supplied Dry Type Belt Conveyor Blasting Machine for flat components for higher production rate. The supplied machine works either on direct pressure or suction-induction principle of blasting.
 

The components are placed on one side of the belt conveyor which carries the job inside the cabinet through side vestibules. Blasting is accomplished by reciprocating blast nozzle arrangement inside the cabinet.

After blasting, air blow guns are provided to air wash the blasting components for removing residual abrasive/dust. The operator has to simply unload the job from belt conveyor on other side of the cabinet. Multi Blast Gun can be provided depending on the production rate.

The abrasive recycling is automatic and dust generation through blasting process is collected inside the dust collector, thus keeping environment clean and friendly.
