Powder laden air from Dust Zone is sucked into the pre filter (Multi Cyclone) due to exhaust created by the exhaust fan. The max. particle are collected by Pre filter. The very little powder is collected around the fabric bags. The pulsejet filter bag dust collector is self-cleaning system. All filter bags are automatically cleaned with the aid of Timer through which Solenoid Valve are activated. The compressed air valves opens and certain volume of compressed air is blown into the filter bags to keep bags clean and thus the clean air is discharged into the atmosphere.

The noise level shall be below 85 dBA. Dust emission level to atmosphere through fabric bags shall be less than 50 mg/N cubic mtr.

Kindly not that suspended powder will only be collected in the dust collector. Powder fell down in hopper will be collected manually from hopper.

Fan motor : 7.5 HP, 415V/3P/50 Hz IP 54 protection.

Electric Control Panel :
The control panel shall be housed with switchgear items and On/Off switches. The control panel shall be mounted with 1 No. Suitable rating Switch Fuse Unit for incoming supply with back-up fuses and thermal overload relay.

Spray Booth Enclosure :
Spray Booth is of rectangular shape rigid bolted construction. The structure is self-supporting and will not need supporting foundation except fixing bolts. Fabricated out of 1.2 mm thick M.S. Sheet panels bolted with structural steel for rigidity. Hinge type door os size 1000 mm (W) x 1650 mm (H) is provided on both side of booth for manual operation. Conveyor slot will be provided on the roof on booth.

The floor of booth is have easily removed powder deflectors for rapid clean down.
