Mec Shot airless shot
blasting machine model ASH-100-400-8W/1/PJ.
Automatic Roller type conveyorised complete unit with eight
numbers of blast wheels station size 12.5 inches, work cabinet,
elevator, rotary screen separator, auto replenisher, reverse pulse
jet pleated type dust collector and electrical control panels.
The cabinet is fully lined with magnesium steel liners and the
sequence of operation is controlled by PLC and man machine
interface. Inside the shot blasting chamber vertical roller
work piece scaffolding tubes will be rotating/rolling/ circularly
and moving forward at the speed rate of settled conveyor speed and
the work piece.
The all PT Frames, bunch of
casting, fabricated structures, will get blast cleaned externally
automatically. The operator is required to load & unload the blast
cleaned job with suitable handling system. |
